Yoga Classes
Yoga encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. Consistency is essential to improving. Keep showing up. No matter what the class style is, you will explore what works for you and find yourself feeling more open and tuned in.
From my very first yoga class in 1997, I have never stopped exploring the physical, mental, and inner teachings of yoga. My yoga classes are balanced for all levels, beginners, seasoned yogis, teens, and seniors. In teaching, I encourage breathing, stability, mobility, and calm while restoring balance and strength. My teaching style is mindful-based vinyasa flow, yin flow, and restorative yoga.

Wednesdays & Saturdays 9:30-10:30 AM - all levels - an opportunity to ground and center yourself for your day ahead. Great for all levels. They are well-rounded practices that include hip openers, back bends, and standing balances. Designed to help you feel great. Like you’ve given your body a reset.
Darien Beach Yoga: OPen-Level Flow Yoga
These classes are well-rounded practices. They are fun and light-hearted, with a mid-intensity flow. These classes carefully planned to bring stability and balance as well as energise. It is helpful to have some yoga experience. Classes are open to non-residents.
