Yoga Classes
Yoga encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. Consistency is essential to improving. Keep showing up. No matter what the class style is, you will explore what works for you and find yourself feeling more open and tuned in.
From my very first yoga class in 1997, I have never stopped exploring the physical, mental, and inner teachings of yoga. My yoga classes are balanced for all levels, beginners, seasoned yogis, teens, and seniors. In teaching, I encourage breathing, stability, mobility, and calm while restoring balance and strength. My teaching style is mindful-based vinyasa flow, yin flow, and restorative yoga.

Mather Barn: flow yoga
Mondays / Wednesdays / 9:30-10:30 AM - all levels - each class is an opportunity to ground and center yourself for your day ahead. This class connects breath to movement in an active sequence, linking poses. Classes begin with slow, mindful movement and build to a dynamic pace. Sign up here: Mather Barn Yoga
Darien Town Hall: vinyasa/hatha at Weed beach pavilion
These classes focus on linking breath to movement, they are energizing and challenging. We move in a nourishing way. It is helpful to have some yoga experience. Open to residents outside of Darien.
