Yoga Classes

Yoga encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. Consistency is essential to improving. Keep showing up. No matter what the class style is, you will explore what works for you and find yourself feeling more open and tuned in.

From my very first yoga class in 1997, I have never stopped exploring the physical, mental, and inner teachings of yoga. My yoga classes are balanced for all levels, beginners, seasoned yogis, teens, and seniors. In teaching, I encourage breathing, stability, mobility, and calm while restoring balance and strength. My teaching style is mindful-based vinyasa flow, yin flow, and restorative yoga.

  • Mather Barn: flow yoga - Sign up here: Mather Barn Yoga

    • Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 AM - all levels - each class is an opportunity to ground and center yourself for your day ahead. These classes begin slowly and build to a dynamic pace. Great for all levels. They are intended to give you a well-rounded practice with hip openers, back bends, and standing balances. Designed to help you feel like you’ve given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

  • Darien Town Hall: vinyasa

    These classes also intended to give you a well-rounded practice. They are energizing and challenging. As well as calming. It is helpful to have some yoga experience. Open to residents outside of Darien.

    • Tuesday’s 9:30-10:30 AM - designed for all levels: Old Greenwich Yoga

    • Thursday’s 8:30-9:30 AM - designed for all levels - REGISTER HERE: Winter 2025

  • Friday’s 9:30-10:30 AM - Private class

  • Occasional Saturday Yoga at 9:30-10:30 AM - Mather Barn
