I love the quote by Mahatma Gandhi, “the future depends on what you do today.” When we take action, get curious, and set things in motion, we plant seeds for our future selves.

Vinyasa yoga has been my favorite practice for creating space in my body for several years. Yoga inspires me to stay balanced while building strength and stability within. Yoga poses strengthen and align your muscles and bones, helping relieve tension throughout your body. True yoga goes so far beyond the yoga mat. It teaches us to experience the feeling of supporting ourselves with grace, compassion, and love. Yoga is a practice of working in, not working out.

My intention in teaching is to ensure that each student feels supported and safe throughout the class while learning to be present and to feel better.
